Shipping & Order Status
Orders are shipped Monday – Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Order fulfillment can take 2-5 business days before shipping, but most of our orders are shipped within 3 business days from the order date. During peak periods such as sales, holidays, and launches this timeframe may be extended. The calculated shipping rate is determined by order weight and distance from our facility in Southern California. You will see your shipping rate during checkout before your order is processed.

Transit time may be longer depending upon customs clearance. Tracking is unavailable in some countries after packages have left the United States. Whosits & Whatsits is not responsible for any applicable import taxes, duties, VAT, etc. on international shipments as required by your local carrier.
Whosits & Whatsits is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been shipped to the address provided by the customer. There is no delivery insurance offered for USPS First-Class shipments. We recommend selecting Priority shipping in order to be reimbursed for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages by the postal service. Priority shipping includes up to $50 insurance for shipments. When your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email to the email address associated the order. You will also receive an email when your order has shipped with USPS tracking information. You can use that tracking number to locate your shipment on USPS.com.
Not all international orders have tracking information available once the package has left the United States. We only receive a delivery confirmation once a package has reached it’s final destination in your country. If your international shipment shows a delivery confirmation and is not at your residence, please check with your local post office for pick up as there may be additional customs charges required.
Our tracking notification emails may appear in your Spam/Junk folder. Be sure to add firstname.lastname@example.org to your email safe senders list to avoid messages arriving in your Spam/Junk folder.
Tracking states Delivered, but you haven't received it
If your tracking shows your package was successfully 'Delivered', but you have not received it...do not panic! It is not uncommon for USPS to occasionally have incorrect tracking notifications. Please allow the full amount of business days for USPS to deliver the package. If you package is late and has missed its delivery date please reach out to USPS to locate your item. You can also email our support team to verify that the correct shipping address was used.
Incorrect shipping address was entered
If your shipping information was incorrect on your order, your package may be returned to Whosits & Whatsits by USPS. Shipping errors, due to incorrect customer information provided, will be invoiced for additional shipping fees.
Missing International order
International orders have limited tracking available and cannot be located by Whosits & Whatsits or USPS after your package has left the United States. You can try using your tracking number with your local postal service website to find out if they have additional tracking information. Please allow the full amount of business days for the postal service to deliver the package.
Received Partial Order
Some products may print and ship separately from other items in your order. They are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Don't fear, your full order is coming.
Received damaged/incorrect item
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect please contact us. Please have your order number, a picture of the item, and a brief explanation of the damage/defect/or wrong item and we will correct the issue from there.
