Returns & Exchanges

PRODUCT EXCHANGE 

If you have received your item and find out you need a different size or style, we are happy to exchange it for you! Exchanges are eligible within 30 days after you have received your item. Please contact our support team at support@whositswhatsits.com for return instructions. Include your name, order number and the item/size you wish to exchange in the email. 

Size exchanges are dependent on inventory availability. Items must be unworn and undamaged to be eligible for an exchange and are subject to inspection by Whosits & Whatsits. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Items that are limited edition, discontinued, or labeled as final sale may not be eligible for exchanges.  

For international orders the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs to Whosits & Whatsits and may also be required to pay additional shipping costs to send their exchanged item back to them.

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Not fully satisfied with your order? To return an item, you must contact us within 7 days after you have received your item to be eligible for a refund. After 7 days, you may return your item for an exchange or store credit. If you wish to return your item, please contact our support team at support@whositswhatsits.com for return instructions. Include your name, order number, and item you would like to return for refund in the email.  

Items must be unworn and undamaged to be eligible for a refund and are subject to inspection by Whosits & Whatsits. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Items that are limited edition, discontinued, or labeled as final sale may not be eligible for a return or refund.  

 

ORDER CANCELLATION

If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@whositswhatsits.com. Most orders are shipped within 3 business days after purchase, so there is limited time to cancel. Once your order has been shipped, any refunds or exchanges cannot be granted until merchandise is returned to Whosits & Whatsits. 

 

INCORRECT ITEM

If you have received a wrong item by mistake, we are extremely sorry! Please contact our support team at support@whositswhatsits.com with your name, order number and incorrect item that was delivered. We will take care of the issue at no additional cost to you.
